Very confused by the negative reviews. I am using their Verizon 5G service with 100mbs download and 40mbs upload. There is no issues. Bargain price. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

Cade and Matt : DONT let them in!! Within 15 min of their departure stuff started to happen that they Guarenteed wouldn’t! One of my smart TVs isnt compatible with Direct tv app so the price quoted was no longer going to be the price! Things started to increase from there. Cade said he would be our “Zar” direct point of contact any time any day. That’s a lie!!! Been trying to get a hold of him bcuz extra charges started to come out of our account other then the ones he told us about and we haven’t even been set up completely. I ask him why $135 has been taken out and there is zero response. I ask about the extra equipment needed to make all TVs work at the cost he quoted me and there has been zero response. I call direct tv myself and they said what Cade told us about the covering of cancellation fees was absolutely FALSE!!! So now the direct tv is helping us directly and I’m going to call AT&T directly. I do want to mention Cade wanted us to fill this review out before they left the house and now I see why!! I filled one out with 5 stars and am now editing that to this!

I worked with Dhruv Sagar. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and walked me through all the options and recommended the best option after asking questions. Having a salesperson like this at a partner is a godsend for AT&T. They should hire more people like Dhruv or promote him so that he mentors more people like himself. I would use this agency again.

My first negative review.
Stergios, Steve, and Jordan! They were supposed to help me switch from Xfinity to DIRECTV/AT&T. After being an Xfinity customer for over 25 years, I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with skyrocketing prices, and constant outages.

After doing my own research and comparing other local options, AT&T stood out as the best choice for faster internet and significant monthly savings, which is a big deal since we mostly work from home. However, I was hesitant to make the switch until Stergios, Steve, and Jordan said I could get all I had channel wise (which included the golf channel) on all my tvs on DIRECTV for $89/mo. No box rental fees, etc. They failed to tell me that Vizio tvs (4 in my home) do not get the DIRECTV app. After 3 hours with the technician, I have working internet and one tv with DIRECTV. I spent my afternoon at the AT&T store trying to order 4 additional boxes, adding another $40/mo to my bill to add the golf channel I was promised was included. Both my ‘account manager’ and ‘technician’ told me I had to get them at the store. Well, that was false as well because after waiting at the store for an hour, apparently there is a 14 day wait period before I can make any changes to my account. Also, once that time has passed, the store CANNOT order them, I have to call a number to order them. The additional 4 will also cost me $7/mo each. So, there IS a box rental fee. Another lie.
The $89/mo DIRECTV and $55/mo internet quote is now $122 (correct package), $28/mo rental boxes, and $55/mo internet. Also, add in the $25/mo phone line which I had with Xfinity (triple play package). My DIRECTV monthly bill is actually $230/mo, not including taxes! I was paying $259/mo with Xfinity. Guess it’s MORE EXPENSIVE and I’m not saving money, per Stergios, Steve, and Jordan!

…haven’t called the two customer service numbers I have to try (per store) to finish setting my home up. One for the phone line and another for the rental boxes.

I’m an extremely transparent person and don’t don’t do business this way. People deserve to know the truth about DIRECTV and AT&T.
Very disappointing.
- I’ll keep this updated as I continue this experience. Most likely canceling it all.

I still have not received a response to my email, but I’ve noticed the company does respond to reviews. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems others have encountered the same issue with unclear or unexpected fees, especially when their reps initially say it will be free. Once they get the sale, these reps will ignore you and won’t respond to follow-up inquiries. My advice: save yourself time and money by reaching out to AT&T directly, because in the end, you’ll likely end up paying more than you originally expected.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding the upgrade to AT&T Fiber. I was informed by a representative, Jaylen Natan, that the upgrade to AT&T Fiber would be free of charge and that my internet bill would remain the same since we are existing customers. However, after the upgrade was completed, I noticed that my internet bill has increased significantly, which is in direct contradiction to the information I was provided. I feel misled by the initial assurances given by your representative. This has caused a great deal of frustration and confusion on my part. Save yourself some time and call AT&T directly for your services rather than going through Tidal Managment.
