Ticktalk is a scam company. I had placed an order for a watch for 149.99 This watch never came. It never even sent to me. This should have been canceled via paypal. I was told I would receive refund. The second watch that I ordered was 129.99. That watch they've sent me and then they shut off the watch service right after being paid via PayPal. Now it is deactivated after receiving payment through PayPal. This is a scam. I want my 149.99 back that they are stealing from my account. I do not have 2 watches.

My son recently received the TickTalk watch from his dad and it has been a great investment. I love the fact that it gives us his location and it brings me a bigger peace of mind knowing exactly where he is while I'm at work or away from him. He is too young for a phone but the watch replaces that. He can text and call us and keep in touch with family members we approve on his contact list. I recommend purchasing the watch it is very useful and my son enjoys having it. Plus he looks adorable with it.

The Tick Talk watch has been a lifesaver for our family!! It is the perfect device for kids if you are not ready to give them a phone yet. The GPS feature helps us to know where our daughter is and gives us peace of mind! It also has given our daughter a great deal of independence. She loves connecting with family and friends that we allow! It is so nice to be able to contact our daughter anytime and for her to contact us. If you are thinking of purchasing this, do it! You won't regret it.

The amazing TickTalk watch is not just a device, it's a lifeline to those most important to you; your kids. Both us and our son love this watch and the ability to keep track of where my 7 year old is at all times. He feels secure in the fact that he can contact mom or dad when he needs and of course other family members too. The best part of this is the tracking which provides us as parents peace of mind in knowing where he is at any moment in time. Once my daughter is old enough, she'll be getting one of these too! These watches are awesome! They provide peace of mind for the adults but also plenty of fun for the kids. They can call select contacts, send msgs to select loved ones and friends, take pics and plenty of other things. They can dial 911. They can make an SOS call to me with a quick touch of a button. Yet they are protected with a firewall and they don't have internet. Bought two for my 9 and 6 yr olds. The app works great and works in real time thus far with our experience. The locating option is remarkably accurate. While in their Dad's house, it shows them in his back yard. I don't think you can expect anything more accurate for an $180 kids' device. The battery lasts most days with frequent use. Definitely have to charge it each night though. Super hearing works well. The phone sound is clear, video chat works really well and pics are pretty good given the camera pixels. I can send pics to them that look beautiful on the watch screen. The screen is sensitive enough for them to use easily but not enough to cause missdials and other problems with little kid fingers. Best of all... they are super reliable. We took ours up to northern Wisconsin on a camping trip. My phone service was touch and go, the internet was sketchy and the constant network searching caused the battery to run down. The watches, however, were champs. The batteries still lasted the day and they were consistently on the TickTalk "network" as well as on the TMobile service network. My phone is also TMobile and it struggled to stay connected to the network. The fact that their watches were so reliable was huge. I could still communicate with my kids when they were off fishing or exploring and if there was an emergency. Really happy with these. Definitely a good investment!!

I ordered this watch for my daughter. I live in Austria and I ordered the watch with a credit card from my bank in Austria. The bank is a renowned large bank. After the order, I received an e-mail from the company in which they asked me to send a scan of my personal document and to send a scan of my credit card. Of course I wrote that this is unsafe to do and that I see no reason for such a thing. After that they rejected my order. I'm not sure, but I think there is a possibility that my data could be used or misused, so I advise you not to buy from this company.

I am very satisfied with this watch. Through this watch I can always contact my son. In addition, I can immediately see where my son is. My son is 5 years old, and he likes to wear his watch as I(his father) carry my watch. I like the design very well, the size is good, battery performance is also excellent. If you are thinking about buying a watch for your child, I highly recommend this watch.
