My experience with Thinkwave has been positive. User friendly for those who are not tech savvy. Training my team was made easy by the simplistic platform. This is my third school year using ThinkWave and I love it. We are new to ThinkWave. My 6th grader is using it for his new school. I ran I into a problem setting up my account when I accidentally used the suggested password and then didn't save it. 🙈 The customer service helped me reset my account right away, and now that I'm in the site its very user friendly and easy to navigate.

As a professional teacher of over three decades, I have been using Thinkwave for about the past 10 years. It is an excellent product, and the support is solid when needed, which is rarely.

I have used about 4 other grade books in the past, including the old paper binder ones! but Thinkwave is the best of them all, and especially for the good price at which it's offered. HIGHLY recommended!
