Ayo Victor is the man here. Helped me so many times with getting parts I needed for my exhaust. Replied to all the emails very quickly and always went above and beyond. So glad I waited for my exhaust from here and didn't cancel and go with someone else. 2020 Polaris Slingshot Gt Rear Exit Exhaust

I wanted to come on here because I saw there were a fair amount of poor reviews about the customer service but my experience was anything but that. I was on the phone with Victor, very nice guy, and I had some questions about the accord 3" system and he had very knowledgeable answers on the product. Then we called again after I ordered my system to ask a couple questions about installation and he gave us a lot of information including that we could (if available in scheduling) come up to the factory and have it installed by their mechanic for FREE! I know those bad reviews were a while ago but I guess things have changed around there for the better. I haven't had a change to hear my system installed but if I can edit this review i'll come back on here and give a review on that too. 🙂

Not quite sure what happened with the other guys that left negative reviews, but their reviews are pretty much what I had to go through when I tried ordering a Thermal R&D exhaust through a distributor. I got so fed up with the 3 day wait times for every email response, and just pure lack of service that I tried reaching out to Thermal direct. Victor was super responsive, and was able to provide me updates throughout the whole process. And through a promo I was able to get the exhaust for a lower price than the distributor! Can't wait to get the exhaust installed - product reviews have been great, and I can now attest to the great customer service provided by Thermal (I would highly recommend ordering direct instead of through a distributor).

Let me start by saying AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! This company (Victor) aka Vic worked with me to fix a problem that thermal r&d didn’t create. I purchased an exhaust from a vendor where items were lost due to shipping carrier busting open the box, and made sure he followed up after the fact. I am beyond grateful for a business with these type of employees who go above and beyond with minimum return/reward in their account.

This has easily been the best customer service I have ever received. I order a full exhaust for my Fiesta ST and UPS delivered the boxed broken and open. There was a part missing and I found out afterwards that one of the exhaust parts was bent. I called both times and spoke with Victor and he is the man. He helped me and sent out both parts quickly and he was super helpful.

If I buy another car I will be ordering a other exhaust from them. I was blown away by the customer service. Thanks guys!

Amazing exhaust and even better service! I purchased a Thermal R&D Exhaust Fiesta ST Catback exhaust from one of their retailers, Whoosh Motorsports, and contacted Thermal on how to install it myself. Jake from sales let me know the tools I needed and even offered to have it installed for me. I took him up on the offer and Chuck himself did the install on a Saturday morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and I have great respect for his work and the Thermal R&D team in general. The exhaust makes all the right noises and does not drone at all on the highway. I look forward to more products from Thermal R&D!
