Hands down, 5 stars without question. This week with the inclement weather, I've worked remotely. It was 6:00 am yesterday morning and I texted Steve Kozy because I was unable to remote into the office. Within a minute, Steve responded to me and within 10 minutes, Steve had me back in rocking and rolling. The same thing occurred this morning and again, superb response and service within a 15-minute time frame. I can't say enough positive things about Steve and Software Knowledge Nashville. Steve did an incredible job in updating my computer. He freed up half of my hard drive and created a daily backup program.
