Had a very excellent customer service/technical experience with Zalbe D. She was extremely good and helped me so much. I have been a Neat user for a decade now and really love the product. Especially l like the customer support and the dedication to making it one of the best software programs of its kind. Cannot really say enough about this--but since I first discovered it in an airport in Atlanta years ago and bought it on the spot I have been an avid user! Through all the company evolutions and management changes and I am still here. It's a great company.

Zalbe was so helpful with resolving my issue. She also sent me an email giving me the fix to refer to in the future. An added bonus was her letting me know of the new neat desktop app allowing me to scan, review and save my scans in one app. I no longer have to open a browser and go to neatapp.com. A big time saver for me. A very worthwhile call, thank you.

I have been an avid Neat user since the introduction of the original Neat Receipts scanner many years ago. I have subsequently converted thousands of important documents, receipts, and other items into an easily searchable and reliable electronic format.
Even though I am very proficient with both Neat and Mac products, I recently had a problem importing data into Neat from a third-party scanner. Steven from Neat Support spent a great deal of time with me troubleshooting the issue and ultimately elevating the problem to the support team for help in a resolution. Within a matter of hours the problem was resolved and I am now happily back scanning and saving documents into my database.
Thank you to both Steven and the whole Neat team for a timely and successful resolution to a significant issue.
