Our daughter had such an amazing experience at TLE Towne Lake. She was there for roughly 3 years and can't thank the staff enough for all the hard work they put in to making sure the children are prepped and ready for elementary school. We were so lucky to have such a great team that was dedicated and excited to see her everyday! But it wasn't always all work, they also made the effort to make it fun and engaging by hosting events for the whole family to enjoy. We are forever grateful for the wonderful experience!

I have been enrolled with The Learning Experience for about 3 weeks now, at first I was a little skeptical about enrolling because of the previous reviews posted. As of now my child loves the facility and we have had a wonderful experience. I spoke with the Director Megan about the situation and she was very genuine and transparent, after reviewing the licensing report and doing my own licensing research, I see on their licensing report that there have been no findings of physical abuse or punishment on the teacher. The investigation has been posted to their licensing report as no findings. This is a big relief to know that the findings of the allegations are not true. Thank you to the management team Megan and Kourtney for reassuring me the safety of my sweet baby. Thanks TLE Cypress staff!

If you plan to bring your kids here, don’t. My child attended here for 3 years and they were great. However, things changed in the last year. They have a teacher who physically abuses children. There is an active investigation against Ms. Teya who is hitting children as punishment. She has abused 3 children that we are aware of, and the director refuses to pull her out of the classroom where she has abused children. Children will not be safe under the supervision of this establishment until this issue is sorted. If your children mean anything to you, don’t put them under the supervision of this daycare. Ms. Megan ignored the facts, even though the investigation has proved the accusations to be true.

I just enrolled my daughter two months ago after moving from New York, Ms. Megan has been very helpful during the whole transition very professional director. Kourtney and Abby also help with drop offs. I love the management team. My daughter was with Ms.Tara and Keisha and has transitioned to Ms. Teya. Ms.Teya has been amazing with curriculum and my daughter is potty trained! Thanks to all teachers and management team

We have loved our time at TLE. Our twins have grown and learned so much from all their teachers. We are thankful for Ms. Megan and her leadership and everyone else. My boys love spending time with their teachers, Ms. Keshia, Mrs. Tara and Ms. Teya. They look forward to spending their day with friends and just having fun.

We have called The Learning Experience home for almost 2.5 years. Last weekend, my daughter told me that her teacher, Teya, spanked her on her head and butt. Another student told the same story and an investigation was opened with the daycare and with the state. I was adamant that I did not want the teacher around my daughter during the investigation.
My wishes were not respected. Management had Teya working in my daughter’s classroom Thursday morning. The director seemed surprised that I didn’t want to leave her because she would “only be in there for a little while”.
I think it is awful that Teya is still in any classroom while there is an open investigation against her. TLE has shown that the safety of the children is NOT their #1 priority as it should be.

My 3 kids attend TLE and have been for the past 4 years. My son is currently with Ms. Teya and has learned a lot with the curriculum . The management team are always supportive in making sure the staff and children are safe

Don't be fooled by the recent 5 star ratings. Those are TLE employees. They don't want to actually address me and my negative reviews, so they are having their teachers with children there leave reviews to balance out their ratings.
STAY AWAY FROM TLE!!!
Director Megan lied to my face and promised me that Teya would not be around my daughter because there was an open investigation against her with the state for hitting my daughter. Megan had Teya back in my daughter's class within 3 days.

TLE has never reached out to me to try to clear this up. They have never apologized or even acknowledged any wrongdoing.
