I got a couple of recommendations but I have been calling and texting him since 10/21/24. That is 3 weeks. I have left messages and texts. I haven’t even had a text saying he’s too busy or bugger off. I’ve owned a small business and know how busy you can get…you are never too busy to text “find somebody else”. I even asked if he could just recommend someone else. Crickets

If you are looking for honest reasonable services with integrity you may as well keep on truckin right on to Searcy! This guy told me that the phone part would be 60 + another 20 to have the part overnighted along with the labor which would put me at $136.00 I agreed to the price and I paid! After paying for services from this guy he then told me that I misunderstood him and that he did not tell me that he was having the part overnighted but I had my son hear the same exact thing I did! I’ve never been charged so much for a screen repair! A normal screen repair is anywhere from $80 to $100! This guy is obviously drinking on the job and does not remember at all what he tells his customers! What bothered me the most about this dude is that I even told him I was a single mother and had no help! How awful is it to over charge someone like he did!

Awesome and very intelligent people that run this business, they put their customers first and take care of all needs. I was leaving state for work when my laptop was acting up and wouldn't let me send reports through my excel and Microsoft outlook accounts. They worked on it asap and even stayed late to fix my issue in order for me to be able to leave for work and keep my job. Awesome people!!!!

This place was great! They went above and beyond any expectations that I had for service, whether on the phone or in their shop. They listen well and also update you with what's going on. On top of all that, they will not charge you the price of a new computer just to diagnose the situation. Very honest and helpful people that will do everything that they can to help. Wish there was more people like this! Thanks again!!!

Amazed by the service here. I came in with a pretty unique issue with my computer, but they were still able to help me in a way I reallyyyy didn't expect. I'm honestly so freaking grateful. Many wasted hours with suddenlink and their incompetant tech support until we talked with Allie for 30 min. She fixed everything. This is my second experience with itworkx. I believe they can fix anything pleasantly and reasonable. Don't use anybody else.

The Tech was incredibly professional and knew exactly what he was talking about, took my computer to work on it and had it back good as new a few hours later and at one of the cheapest prices I’ve experienced with computer repair, highly recommended!
