Lots of flavor options. It tastes very protein heavy though. If you don’t like the taste of protein, you won’t like the shakes no matter what flavor you get. They also add a lot of flavored syrups and sugar heavy ingredients. The sizes are big but the prices are high. I got a small and couldn’t even finish it. The small was over $10 the medium was $13 and the large was over $15. The flavor I got was mint Oreo and it did taste like mint chocolate but very thick and very protein chalk taste. I wish there was a smaller size option.

I’m a protein smoothie girl, I get smoothies from smoothie kind almost daily, lifetime fitness occasionally. These are okay, I think too grainy. Super high in protein but difficult to drink, they need to work on the recipe, I’ll be buying the stuff to make mine at my moms while I’m visiting this in no shape or form compares to any protein smoothies back home

Monica may quite literally be one of the sweetest people you will ever meet and her staff is just as friendly. These protein packed shakes are delicious, banana pudding is my absolute fav! You must try the skittles tea!! Check out their new sister location, Bearcats Nutrition on Broadway!

Love love love this place, my fav is the Carmel Latte Protein, the place is always clean, the owners and workers are always so nice and greets you with a smile! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my feel good protein shakes

Awful Calle din paid for 3 shakes barely made it out the door the handle ripped off the carrier and they said they would only replace 2 drinks witch is rediculous at how much they cost
