I caution those considering Employment to be prepared for a rigerous, if not abusive (opinion!) interview path. This is a review to support future candidates to share my experience only and is not meant to speak to the inner workings or business aspects of the company as I have no knowledge of that nor desire to harm their company.
My experience included 4 interviews, a DISC evalation, an "achiever test", one incorrect exam was sent-the exam had architectual employment questions that clearly was incorrect and irrelevant so that was an unfortunate waste of my time. Another I was told the "achiever" exam had "anomalies" per the email and they wanted me to retake it. At this juncture I denied the retake as I experienced too many red flags and was out an extroidinary amout of personal time, energy and money (yes it costs to drive 100 miles r/t for in person meetings). I decided I was no longer interested and simply was beat down.
My review comes as an Industry qualified candidate with over 18 years experience. It was not "thorough" rather a more narcissistic "process" in my opinion. None like that ever experienced before.
Again an interview goes both ways and this process showed me much more insight I am thankful to have learned. My process began late July and ended Sept 4 approx 5-6 weeks when I turned down the opportunity to retake an "acheiver" test since I was already out an excessive amount of personal time above and beyond any normal hiring process.
*Update*Received a cease/desist, I guess the 1st amendment doesn't matter to them however it does to me. I am proving crystal clear clarity that this is for information purposes on my own opinion and exact experiences. I am not an employee of nor have been of The Barron Companies nor its affiliates. Hopefully the company takes this to heart when evaluating their hiring practices and you will experience something more positive!
