I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Textla. After signing up and putting in the time to get familiar with their platform, they abruptly canceled my account without any warning or clear explanation. What makes this situation even more frustrating is their complete lack of transparency regarding their forbidden use cases.

There’s no clear Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service that outlines what you can or can’t do on their platform. You’re basically left guessing what’s allowed—and by the time you find out, it’s too late. In my case, they shut down my account without giving me the opportunity to correct or clarify anything.

If you value clarity, fairness, and communication, I would strongly advise thinking twice before using Textla. Businesses deserve a platform that’s upfront about its rules, not one that hides them until it’s convenient to pull the rug out from under you.
