The quality of service has dropped drastically since their move to Texas. Quality customer service no longer exist. The past 3 months i have had unauthorized charges to my bank. To make it worst, the customer service number has not be available in almost 2 weeks and the recording is generic that customer can take calls. I am done. Leaving today

Sends unsolicited emails, wouldn't recommend organization that buys emails list from unauthorized sellers of personal information. The business rather improve it's quality so that customers organically seek out their solutions.

After months of exploring various platforms available to tax preparers, we finally found the perfect fit for our company! We needed a way to communicate easily with our clients. Email was not effective anymore; too much spam. Making a phone call is often unnecessary and usually involves a call back. We now have a way to inform our clients efficiently, and they have the ease of responding on their own time! We are also excited to offer online scheduling to our clients, which can now easily be done with a few clicks on our website.

One of the most important aspects we were looking for in a platform was access to excellent customer service. I’ve had to fight off potential prospects solely because of poor, unhelpful customer service. That is NOT the case with Textellent. Every representative I’ve worked with in the past month has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and I’m just going to come out and say it – personable. I don’t need a rep to read me manuals I’ve read a million times! I needed someone who understands me, talks to me like a real person, someone who cares. And that, Dearest Textellent, is Sarah Mills!

We at Interior Accountants Service would like to thank you for this excellent program! While it does have it’s quirks, it’s definitely the best out there!

To contract the service you can talk to support, but to cancel the service is frustrating, I already made calls, sent text messages and I have no solution. They continue charging, they only answer you at the call center and tell you that the notes are already in the system and that they have already passed it on to the manager but no one gives you an answer.

What a fabulous support team! I called for an add on feature and was walked through the whole process step by step. I even received a follow up call checking to see if everything was working as designed.
