If I could give this company a zero I would. Absolutely no customer support or response with over 10 emails trying to see where multiple products are that were ordered months ago. They are quick to take your money and then go dark. I am actively seeking their contact numbers in the US to serve them papers. If Tesup sees this, provide a good real contact phone number. Customers should never have to chase down a company they ordered from. Why no contact data on your website? ...why no response? Why the limited contact with customers? Why do you take money from customers and then never respond? I encourage all in the same situation to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission.

Currently, I am still waiting for my equipment.
Tesup sent me an email confirming shipment with DHL (they don't provide that number unless you ask). Also, the email said that the taxes and all the custom fees have been paid.
Well guess what, it turns out that the equipment is at the airport and cannot get released because of the taxes and fees.
I asked them to pay for the fees and taxes like they said they would. But now they are saying that I need to pay for taxes and fees. I don't know if this is a scam but this is like "Bait-and-switch". I asked them to refund my money. I have to wait and see now.
I guess British people have different business models that don't work.

Yeah. Very fancy video clips but look at specifications of the products. Nothing specific, errors and misleading information but they emphasize that each item is "made in Europe" So what feedback from people who bought their products is not so good. In addition pure customer service.

All the ratings and reviews are Fake. Don t believe this manufacturer. I buy tesup Atlas 2.0. It s not really Work. The Datasheet and the meassure are fake!!!

I bought atlas 4.0 it has been 10 days 4 emails to company. Crickets I am about to dispute the order. Very poor customer service. Almost does not exist
