My inspection appointment went very well. Perry came a day or two early, which was best for me. He came in and inspected the entire house inside and out and gave me his honest opinion for my situation and didn't try to sell me something that I did not need. He was very professional, honest and kind at heart. I gave a 5-star due to this and hope that all employees at Terminix are as truthful as he was to me. Thanks Perry

I contacted them to schedule an inspection! Appointment was scheduled. Tech perry text me to reschedule twice the first two appointments. Called that Friday and told me he couldn’t come due to his manager calling him to help another technician. Told me he would come that Monday. I didn’t hear from him none Monday so I reached out to him. He said he had a flat tire. I understand that but why not reach out to me? Just unprofessional and such an inconvenience to me. Cause I work full time and can’t sit at home waiting for someone to show up. How can I trust you to come and do the job correctly? Anyways I asked him to cancel the appointment and I’m going with another company.
