Tim and his team at TechXpress provided the best IT support to our extremely problematic group of companies a few years ago. I never got around to writing a review of TechXpress then, but as the hack IT coordinator for this particular set of companies, I learned more about IT and professionalism from Tim and his team in the few years working with them than I had 10 years prior to working with them and years later.

The systems they upgraded for this underfunded IT op (I deal with) still stand today, and I'm still employed as a result.

TechXpress understands best practices. They have the patience of a saint and they adapt to, and consult with, oblivious CEOs and management like no other service provider I've ever dealt with.

It's been a few years since I've had the pleasure of working with TechXpress but if Tim is still leading the group, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this group for any small to medium size company. I'm positive they could handle larger enterprise sized companies as well.

Our company still gets business done years later on an infrastructure they rolled out for us. So even though this is a slightly removed review given years after the fact...(and we were never once urged to write any yelp/social media reviews by them because their service speaks for itself) it should be evident they are a highly proficient MSP.

Thank you TechXpress, for everything you did for this infamous company and myself personally.
