Do not work here if you want to be treated equal. Teri I hope you see this, I was just hired and they said they would give me two weeks to give me a shot and show my skills. I got 10+ Year's in grinding/finishing experience. But apparently I wasn't doing well after only giving me three days. I was getting my work approved by the supervisor training me. They are fake for smiling in my face and then just letting me go so easily. It's fine I don't need to work with people who can't keep their word. If you are also looking to do business here I would read this so you know what kind of people they are at this company.
