Big Fish Technology has been working on our company computers since 2014. Our system is monitored regularly to keep them running without any issues on our end. Kim Hunt and Miss Jo respond to my emails quickly for the odd items that seem to come up here and there and answer any questions that I have. Big Fish understands that we are a small company, what programs we need & use and doesn't push programs/items that aren't needed. They are friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend Big Fish!

I have used Techspedite multiple times. In my business, having computers up and running is crucial to our success. I have found that Kim and her team have been very responsive in solving challenges that I have faced that typically do not give you any warning that the problems are going to occur. We have used Big Fish for about 6 months and been very happy with their service. This is the first time we are using a full service computer company and this has saved us so much time. Both Kim and Jo are always easy to get hold off the same day, get on the problem right a way and get it solved, We use their back up service, we have bought several computers from them, always delivered with everything installed and ready to use.
