Took a gaming pc in to be repaired, they installed a new processor and cooler. Gave parts back and I returned them. PC had same issue. Took it back and they replaced the graphics card. They lost the AMD RX 7900 XTX that was still under warranty. Lost almost a thousand dollars and they said it wasn't a big deal because it was only a $300 card. Pc still didn't work and I asked for a refund. They wouldn't do a refund and replaced the motherboard anyways. PC still has issues. Do not take a high end gaming PC here.

Edit: definitely happened here, not a mistake. I live an hour away and had to come back 6 times. Basically replaced the whole pc before they fixed the initial issue and apparently scrapped my graphics card.

I had to "hot bench" my Lenovo laptop, meaning have them look at it immediately, because I work from home and my laptop was stuck in a restarting loop. I dropped it off around 3:30pm, I was able to pick it up first thing when they opened the next morning! I had a slight issue with it not finding WiFi networks when I took it home, so I called them and they had me bring it back in. It was no one's fault, the computer just had to update some drivers in order to connect to newer routers but I couldn't do that without WiFi, ironically. They let me sit there while my computer updated, we made sure it worked, and I was on my merry way. They had some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. I didn't ever feel talked down to even though I haven't the slightest clue about technology issues. They truly made my day and saved me a thousand bucks for not having to get a new laptop.

The team at Tech Restore is the best. I've been taking my Apple products (MacBooks, iPads, Cell Phones, etc.) to them since they opened, and they continue to provide the same quality customer service and technical skills they have from the start. They communicate, they follow up, and they fix things right the first time. Would not go anywhere else.

I was hopeful until it came time to hook the Xbox back up. The problem with my son's Xbox hdmi port continues after hooking it up. 2 hour round trip for a hopeful situation kind of sucked.

Edit: Travis gave his best effort to help with the Xbox situation. Great customer service regarding every issue. I hope to get a few questions answered regarding the hdmi port. I would definitely give my service to this store again for future fixes. Hornored their word and stayed in contact at that time. Thank you, and God bless.

So first of all, i would like to say after what I experienced over there I do not have confidence ever going back there or any other affiliated branch they may have for anything.

I feel very ripped off and disappointed in the work they did for my Gaming Laptop, ESPECIALLY STILL CHARGING ME, FOR MESSING THINGS UP IN MY LAPTOP! Now I must say they did agree to try fix whatever they wrecked inside but this was not an immediate action. Before they made it seem as if the LED lights were already off and it just would not come back on until I kept insisting that i have been opening the laptop for 1 year 9 months and always careful with the LED controller and ribbons, so there is no way it would suddenly go off when you guys touch it.

I had to pay $135 for them to work on my Laptop and $50 more for them to put my laptop on their bench first(hot bench). The main reason I came there is because i needed thermal paste repasted on my cpu and gpu and I did not have the tools to this since i traveled to Kentucky for work. I have used this laptop for 1 year 9 months and was already ready too sell it as is with everything intact. But to my dismay "Tech restore" did the following.

1.Messed up the LED bottom lights that made the Gaming laptop really stand out.

2. Damaged some part of the left fan in the process of taking off the heat sync and casings.

I feel very upset about this because I was already thinking about selling this laptop off with the LED and everything it could still do for at least $900 to a buyer who wanted it back in Georgia and this happens. I have pictures of some parts of the LED ribbons ripped and the fan part cracked.

I always send my laptops to Micro PCS every time, and they hot bench just the same and do everything at maximum quality but since there is none in Louisville I decided to try these guys. I have learnt a big lesson! I really hope none of this reach out to me for anything because I will block the number! This review needs to be seen!. My hard earned cash gone to the drain with more problems to even deal with!.
