The service tech gave me an honest assessment without any run around in making purchases that wouldn’t have fixed anything. I appreciate the integrity and honesty shown. Great service, prices and people. Store is clean and organized and they really know their stuff! Staff are friendly and professional! They replaced a screen protector for me today and they were quick, efficient and very affordable! Totally recommend them!!

Don't be looking for this building.. it's in a new plaza shop not a lone building.. Excellent customer service and upfront about troubleshooting prices.

So got my screen fixed quick after a next day shipping charge, phone broke again within a week of being "fixed" somehow had gotten broken again, took it out my pocket it was broke type of incident. Said he could tell it had been broken by dropping and didn't honor their "warranty" I baby that phone and hadn't had a problem for over a year I've had it, now its broken yet again. This time woke up n turned my alarm off and guess what, broken! Would not recommend apparently very cheap parts used

I messaged these people on Facebook messenger. I asked them if they had any T-Mobile phones in stock for sale. They replied they did and asked what type of phone I was looking for. I then replied back that I was just looking for something cheap for my little one. They read it and never replied back. So then I messaged them again asking what all they had in stock. Again, they read it but didn't reply. It's like since I just wanted a cheap phone I feel like they didn't really care to reply to me anymore once I told them this. Maybe I'm wrong. ?

My phone was a simple fix, but for some reason it took all day. The problem was not repaired. I believe I was extremely overcharged. It was quickly repaired by CPU Albertville.

IMHO they removed the new battery from my new cell phone and replaced it with an old battery. I believe they cheated me out of hundreds of dollars.
