I had the good fortune to take part in one of the Margida's entrepreneurial training programs. What set the experience apart was the human-centered design. The process of deeply listening to and connecting with the community *before* diving into the nuts and bolts of business development was essential to the successful launch of my business (which has now been open and thriving for three years).
