Jeff provided a high quality service for a reasonable price. He came out to my house to diagnose the problem. Once he realized that a couple of parts would need to be ordered, he maintained communication to keep me informed on his progress. Then, he drove out to my office to deliver the repaired laptop. I would consider using Jeff again should the need arise and would recommend him to anyone else needing any type of computer repair.

Jeff does a wonderful job at providing tech service without being condescending or suggesting things you have already tried. Tech Care has been my go-to computer service for the last 5 years. Jeff is always quick to respond & solve my problems including helping me replace my laptop when I received the blue screen of death. He personally built up a stock Dell laptop to suit my personal needs. Not only does he build computers, but he is very quick to resolve virus/spyware issues that arise. Moreover, Tech Care does follow up courtesy checks that most other companies do not. I can't even imagine using another company with the 5* care I continuously receive from Tech Care with each & every issue that I come across. I've never lived closer than 2 hours to Tech Care's home office so the remote skills that Tech Care has are genuinely exceptional.
