I've had the best experience ever with Tech SolutionLLC! Gabe and Wendy went above and beyond what true customer service should always be. Both were very attentive to both my urgent need and all the needs of the multiple phone calls and walk-in customers! Not to mention the turn around time getting me back up and operating in 24 hours! I stopped by Tech Solutions because my laptop would not charge. Wendy was able to diagnose that the internal charging port was damaged, in less than a minute. The tech called me later to advise that the part had been ordered and that as soon as they received it, they would fix my laptop. Two days later, as promised, the tech called to let me know that my computer was fixed! I was very impressed by the level of service I received from them. They explained the problem and solution in a clear and simple way, kept me informed, were very honest, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, caring, and, charged a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend Tech Solution to anyone experiencing electronics issues! They are the best!!

Tech Solutions is a wonderful place to take your devices when you need help. I had an urgent situation while vacationing in Gulf Shores last week—my iPad crashed, and I needed it to perform my work duties. The employees at Tech Solutions went above and beyond to assist me.

Technician Gabe was incredibly kind and proactive. He quickly ordered and overnighted a replacement battery in an effort to get my iPad working again. Unfortunately, when the battery arrived, technician Wendy discovered the real issue was with the motherboard. Although the iPad ultimately couldn’t be repaired, Wendy didn’t stop there.

Wendy generously offered to stay after hours—literally two hours past closing—to ensure all my data was transferred from the non-working iPad to the new one I eventually purchased. Her dedication meant I was up and running on my new device and ready to work without missing a beat.

The owner of this business should be proud to have such outstanding employees. Thank you, Wendy and Gabe, for your professionalism, kindness, and incredible customer service. You truly went the extra mile! -Brenta M.

Not enough good words to describe the level of costumer service, warmth welcoming, professional abilities, professional proficiency, time efficient and considerate, effective, best prices you will find anywhere, and so on and on of the team led by matt the owner. They did what i thought was impossible fixing my phone, and allowing me to gain back very important data and documentation. Wish I knew them sooner, since I wouldn't have grieved so much over what I thought was lost for good.
Truly no better place to go and buy/repair/replace any technology related object.
Don't think twice, and just head over. I will be back with some other old tablets.

I walked into the store and the service technician was very helpful and knew exactly what to repair.
He ordered the part and had my Mac repaired in less than a week.
