My experience was amazing! Was shopping on marketplace for a washer /dryer set found out about this spot.Naem was very informative about both items and got a great deal on a damn near brand new Samsung set! He also delivers and installs for $150 extra but worth every penny! I got both items in a timely manner on a today basis with excellent communication on arrival time. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for any purchase! Will be back guaranteed.

Stopped by yesterday to drop off a phone to have the screen fixed and he happened to be away. I called later that evening and he ordered the screen and had it the next day. Phone was ready within a few hours. It looks great and works great and 5 stars on customer service too. It was not easy to find a place to work on a Google phone. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! I brought my phone in. It had the worst cracked screen I'd ever seen. My husband and maybe even a few cars ran over it. It actually looks better now then before it was damaged. Very nice people , too.

Naeem was very friendly but most of all, he is a professional at fixing cell phones, laptops or etc. He provided excellent service and did so quickly. He is very knowledgeable and a great problem solver. He also was patient, explained technical things do I could understand. He solved all my problems with my cell phone and taught me how to use various functions I was not aware. I am a very pleased customer. Highest recommendation!

WOW! Not only is the owner talented at what he does, he makes you feel just like family. Have a seat, he'll probably have whatever it was fixed within minutes. I had a brand new refurbished ipad that I couldn't get set up myself for the life of me. I come from the corporate world, and many of those years were spent in the hospitality industry at the international level. When I say this kid has customer care skills, I'm talking about the kind you don't find outside of the Ritz Carlton. He provides personalized service. He is respectful and attentive, as well as patient. We live in a world where you can't hardly pick up the phone and talk to a real person in the tech world anymore. Walking in to the TECH Lounge was a delightful breath of fresh air and instantly reminded me of how our grandfathers did business back in the day, neighbor to neighbor. Mr. Nickerson deserves a chain of TECH Lounges, although how on earth he could train someone to be a great neighbor like he is, I don't know. Five star service and you'll make a new friend.

Really great professional and friendly service at The Tech Lounge in Decatur. I took my Xbox in, it was diagnosed quickly with a bad hard drive. It was replaced with a better and updated hard drive and setup for me in just a couple of days at a reasonable price. I will definitely use the Tech Lounge for any additional electronic issues I may have in the future. Thank you!!
