Once again, Tech Loft came to my rescue. I needed a new speaker for my laptop, which was repaired and fixed in a couple of days. While I was there, I also had an issue with an icon on my homepage that I couldn't get rid of, no matter what I tried. The technicians at Tech Loft were able to remove the icon for me right away. Once again, tech loft came to my rescue. I needed a new speaker for my laptop, which was repaired and fixed in a couple of days. One of the problems I had was an icon that was on my homepage and I couldn’t get rid of it. I tried everything, but it wouldn’t do anything but sit there. The people at Tech loft removed it while I was standing there. Highly recommend them.

I’ve had several repairs with them, and they have all been excellent experiences! The last two were for a laptop and foreign iPhone. I was quoted $400 for a battery replacement on the laptop from another shop, and tech loft was able to do the repair for half the cost. The Apple Store told me I would have to travel across the globe to get my foreign iPhone fixed. But thankfully tech loft was able to diagnose and fix the phone quickly and with a low cost! They have great service and do a great job!

They were great in installing my new hardware with a custom PC. I'm a software guy so it's a different world but I get most of what they're doing.

I gave 4 stars because they added a space in my default username 'Local User' so as a software engineer, it can cause programs to break and because I was told that I had to fix my own issue of loud fans despite telling them about it...

They were nice and professional as many other reviews mentioned. Would go back but would definitely want to special things out a bit clearly next time.

Found this store by a quick search and I’m so glad that I did! My daughter’s iPad screen had cracked and she hadn’t even had it for 2 days. I took it here and the customer service is top notch! The gentleman was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful! He even showed us where it was bent and neither of us had even saw that! I asked him about a screen protector that I had purchased for it and he was going to put it on until I asked him about the ones that he sells. He wasn’t pushy at all and that is what sold me on purchasing a protector from him and returning my other one! Definitely would recommend this place for any repairs that you need! They are quick and reliable! We left it around 4 pm and came back the next day at 4:30 pm to pick it up!

The staff is awesome. They are extremely kind, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone. The service is excellent. They’re extremely fast very open and clear about everything that needs to be done.
