Tim fixed my laptop, which wasn't booting up. He determined the problem was my hard drive going bad, and he was able to reinstall windows on the spare hard drive my laptop came with. He even showed me that the data on my old hard drive could still be retrieved and showed me how I could do it easily. I needed my laptop fixed for the upcoming weekend and Tim has me relieved that I won't have to worry about a tech repair shop handling my laptop. If you're in need of computer repairs, and you don't trust the geek squad, definitely give Tim a call.

Tech Dr. Tim is AMAZING! Being new to the area, I wasn't sure where to take my computer. I saw the excellent reviews and Tim was the first and only person I called. His prices were very reasonable and he went above and beyond what I'd expected, which honestly surprised me. He explained everything to where an average person not very computer knowledgeable, such as myself, could understand. I wouldn't take my computer anywhere else. Tim was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what it was my computer needed and was able to fix it quickly. He called me back several times after thinking about what I had told him was going on with my computer, before even having my computer, in order to help me troubleshoot the problem and figure out what exactly was going on with it in order to prevent wasting time on things that were not the problem. He knew what it was before even bringing him my computer. I really appreciate all of his help and I highly highly recommend his services to anyone needing repairs or even general help with their technology. I will definitely be back if I need any help with any of my computers. He even offered an upgrade to my system, which I appreciated and gladly accepted. Tim's the man to go to when dealing with computer issues regardless of how complex they may seem. Tim knows what he's doing. You won't be disappointed by his prices or his work. He's very reasonable in the pricing range as well. I'll be back in the future I'm sure because I do have several other computers and something's bound to happen eventually and there's no other place I'd take them. Really cool guy. I highly recommend going to Tech Dr. Tim and wouldn't bother wasting my time going anywhere else for my computer issues.

My laptop stopped working after an update. I use my laptop almost daily so having it not work was super frustrating. I found Tech Dr. Tim through doing a Google search for computer repair in the area. I'm glad I did. I dropped my laptop off and within the hour he had my laptop fixed at a reasonable cost.
