Excellent experience! The computer used for the business crashed first thing in the morning. We were not sure who to contact for help. John with Tech Aid answered immediately; he offered to pick the computer up or to drop it off at his office. The plan was to have it repaired that day.
John is extremely professional and obviously is an expert at his profession. We were up and running the end of the day. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We highly recommend this business.

I couldn't find anybody in Grants Pass to help boot our son's new computer with the Linux Mint (Cinnamon) operating system. I am SO happy and thankful that I found John at Tech Aid!!!
