Reports back to the referrals are amazingly simple, once set up. The online support is helpful. After almost a yr of using TDO, I still run across issues, which they call an "open glitch". This means they know about them but can't (or won't) fix them. Odd for a front running software in our specialty. Also, the UI could use a serious facelift. Each time I log in, it feels like took a trip back to 1996. Time for an upgrade!
