Same problem as Sam. Almost never pick up their phones, and I tried calling Lakeview. They say they call back in the order they receive, but I called them on two separate phones, left messages...and Nothing. I did email and I finally got a reply that they are too busy and promised to do a site survey next Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, and no call, no email, again nothing. Tried calling. And nothing.

The weird thing, while we where waiting for a call, I had a neighbor move in, got in contact with them, and got their internet set up in four days. I don't know if we got on their black list or something, but it's now been more than a month. I don't understand.

Update: Finally got a call back from the Lakeview office. My area, Alturas, has reached peaked bandwidth. So they can't add any new accounts. I was asked to call back May 1st because they are currently upgrading.

They never answer their phones or reply to voicemail.

To get through to them, I had to call their Oregon phone number. They think they have been leaving voicemails for me, but I never receive them.

As a result, it seems likely to me, that that my phone network, (Verizon), and their phone company, aren’t playing nice with each other.

I’ve known email providers to do this, so the possibility of phone companies doing it doesn’t require much of a stretch.

Don’t leave a bad review for this company, or you will be blacklisted. They will take note of your name and refuse you service as told to me by them as they have the right to do so. Beings that I have already been put on that list for telling my story, here is my recommendation. First off, I don’t have their service, I have attempted to get their service multiple times because it was recommended to me by some people I trust here. But in my experience of all of the Internet companies that I have dealt with in my entire life, Tnet has been the absolute worst. I have been trying to get Internet here in Alturas with them for five months, they either do not answer the phone, return messages or the phone is not working at all. Whenever, I do speak with somebody they always tell me that they are not accepting new customers or they’re repairing the line and it will be a few months. I just called today, and before the girl even knew my address she told me that they didn’t offer service. When I told her that I have been calling repeatedly and that the other guy said that they did, she told me yeah but right now we still don’t have the fiber optic in so therefore they are not offering service. It has been over five months, and this is ridiculous. I’m tired of getting lies, runarounds and different stories. I am extremely frustrated and cannot explain in words. And I will admit that I’ve had enough. My initial review is on Facebook where you can see their response to my review.

Call center peeps were hella polite and provided quality information regarding my inquiries. Didn't sit on hold for hella long nor got transferred between departments, it was easy.
