Clearly, he has not yet experienced Sam Masson--a gifted conversationalist who is as excited to meet you as he is to turn wrenches on your bicycle. Sam has worked on mine and my family's bikes for years.

Sam does not judge when I ask him to work on the odd duck bikes in my little fleet. I once brought Sam my folding bike with its strange belt drive and small wheels. Sam got on the phone with the company and struck up a conversation with their repair person. Two weeks later, a box showed up containing a brand new bike for the cost of a repair. Mr Masson has strong relationships all over the bike industry and he is a great negotiator.

I encourage you to take a favorite old bike to Sam. He will help you to rediscover why you used to love it.

Sam the bike repair man came to my home and gave a great check-up and some tender loving care to my bicycle in preparation for an upcoming trip. Since I don't keep my bike rack on my car, it was really nice to have him come to me to work on it while I could continue with house chores. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I purchased a Pedego Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention and fell. The bike was very sturdy and absorbed the fall but needed some repair. Sam was amazing. Not only did he take excellent care of my bike, worked to minimize my costs, but I was so impressed by his knowledge of bikes and his willingness to explain every step of the repair process and the differences between parts. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient are not often found together but they are in Sam !

You can tell Sam is passionate about biking and understands the inconveniences that come with the journey. Both tires on my e-bike got flat from seasonal thorns that are common in the area. Sam took the bike at the end of the day and had both tires ready to go first thing in the morning. Great guy, great town.

Sam is great! He is a very knowledgeable veteran bike mechanic, and is eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for everything bike related. He was a pleasure to relate with while he helped breath a bit more life into my second hand vintage Nishiki. He made it road worthy again. Sam is also ready to help you with your ebike too, from rentals to assembly help to support services, and he is excited about how many more folks are able to get out biking with the use of ebikes.
