BEWARE!!!!! This company rips you off. If you have any way to avoid taking a loan with them, take the other route. An example: we have been making approx $500 payments on the same loan for two years and have only paid off $1134. I have made higher payments to get ahead of the interest to no avail. They are a complete scam. They charge you a yearly interest on top of daily interest. You will never get off this hamster wheel.

I did NOT sign up for this loan, so I never had the opportunity to “read the fine print” before signing on the dotted line. My loan with Tally was transferred after Tally collapsed and here we are:

Place is a total fraud of a company. I had a line of credit through tally, they sold my balance to SST and suddenly any progress i was making immediately stopped. I had paid 300 dollars in 4 months and after the ridiculous interest my balance went up 10 dollars! Tally never reported to my credit and now this company comes in after 4 months and crashes my credit score by reporting that I owed more than my "loan". The representative said they charge all the interest up front and practically nothing goes towards the balance. I tried to fully pay with a credit card to get away from this company which they dont accept. Had to use my bank account, glad to be away from this toxic company I never agreed to deal with in the first place.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Unfortunately they took over servicing my solar loan. They started off by telling me my account was past due (it wasn't and I had proof). They never followed up to tell me the account was corrected after I called about this error, rather they sent me a statement that completely skipped a month of a payment being due. They give a website to go to in order to service your account, yet the website is down and has never once loaded. Unreal. Had to set up a payment out of my bank account and I can only imagine how that will get messed up. Steer clear if at all possible!!

This company comes off sneaky. The representatives aren't well informed and only know limited information. I only get correct info when I speak with a supervisor. And its always so different then the representative. I had an April ask me over 9 identity questions, then placed me on hold for over 30 minutes. A Sebastian took the call from there and was very immature. My loan was transferred from Goldman Sachs. I would have never chosen to be with this company.

I'm very sorry to hear about all of the problems SST clients have had. I personally have had absolutely no issue with SST customer service or payments since my Marcus loan was transferred to them in 2022 (I think? Whenever Marcus Loans were dismantled.) The auto-deduction transfer that I had set up with Marcus moved seamlessly to SST. Getting the customer service reps (CSRs) on the phone was no issue at all. Every single CSR has been patient, helpful and informative. I knocked off a star because their website REALLY leaves a lot to be desired. If you have to reset your password, they tell you you're good, then they reject the new password. I don't understand that. Maybe it's a cache thing. That's my only complaint: the website doesn't give you a total history of payments; it's difficult to navigate and get to the information you need. But calling them has never been a problem for me and I guess since I did have an auto-deduction and made sure the $$$ was in the account before deduction, it was smooth-sailing. And my last payment due next month is now about $100 LESS than I expected because my payments have been made timely and the interest has been decreasing as the principal has been met. I feel for anyone who is really frustrated and having problems. I hope those who are having difficulty with SST get the resolution they need.

SST claims to advertise as a loan company but, are just a collection agency. At the bottom of their letter states just that. No corporate office, no lead team member. Just a bunch of disrespectful workers trying to get their checks at the end of the day. If your on workers compensation, social security, you don't have to repay if they take you to court. They won't be able to collect on it. But, they will ruin you score and you have to write letters defending your reasoning for not being able to pay them. Other than that Tally should of selected a reputable company that don't fraud persons out of their money by way of taking money from the bank without permission or adding on more percentages.

If I can score a negative star, I would! This company is a SCAM. I paid off my loan with them 6 months prematurely (per the total their representative told me over the phone) and unbeknownst to me they kept a tiny balance which accrued interest for over 6 months! So when I called them to ask why 6 months later my credit report is still showing full unpaid balance - they told me it is because I didn't pay it off and now I owe $23 of accrued interest. Predatory lending practices through and through. Beware!

I have been trying to contact this company for 2 months by email and phone. I tried making a pymt online but it said my password expired and I needed to reset. I go through the security questions in order to reset pw. It says my answers are wrong. They are not as u have a screen shot of my answers when I first setup the acct. I tried calling and it says we recognize the phone number and to verify last 4 of ssn. Which I do. Then it says we have a high call volume and hangs up. I don't have checks to my account. It's extremely frustrating.
I also agree with everyone stating their interest rates went up when SST bought their loans. Something isn't right with this company. A formal complaint has now been filed
I also just rcvd an email from them stating I have not been answering their phone calls! What phone calls. SST hasn't reached out to me once!! Awful company.
