I got a little zealous when backing up and deleting files and ran into an issue. I searched on line to get help and found Surprise Tech Guy. Based on the reviews I gave it shot and filled out a contact me form. John responded within the hours and did an intake on my situation. He was able to schedule time the next day (no immediate rush) to fix my issue. John was prompt, thorough and fixed my issue. He is extremely friendly and professional. I also liked the service of coming out to you. Amazing customer experience and highly recommend!

Best in town. John is highly skilled, efficient, and easy to work with. He replaced old CAT5 ethernet cables in my attic with CAT6, and set up a wifi mesh system. No sweat - he handled everything like a true professional. I should note that I previously tried two other companies and they were totally clueless. John figured it out in no time and was finished with the entire job in just a few hours. Bear in mind, he ran cable in my attic in the middle of July during 115 degree heat. I couldn't believe it. John comes equipped with all the equipment, tools, ladders, and supplies. Highly recommend.

Needed 6 in ceiling speakers installed in our new home. Found Surprise Tech Guy from a recommendation on FB. Called and booked the appointment. John (the owner) came on time and got all 6 speakers installed in my ceiling with in a couple of hours. His work was perfect and cleaned up nicely from the mess of cutting holes. I highly recommended him for any of your audio/visual tech/installation needs!

I recently had John come out for additional work and another great experience!. He setup a gaming system and better WIFI coverage in my home. He was able to re-program my exisiting equipment and talk to the providers, which saved me from buying new equipment and time. He is also a very nice person. Lastly, his inside associate, Anastasia, is helpful and communicates with follow up/etc. Give John and his team a shot, you will not be disappointed.
