Superior Computers in Ogden is fantastic! I have been dealing with them for years and have always received the best service a customer could ask for. I have had them build me two computers over the years and they completely stand by their lifetime warranty. The entire staff is customer oriented and very knowledgeable in computer building, diagnostics and repairs at a fair price. In my opinion, this should be everyone’s first choice for computer issues!!

They have been amazing to work with. I had them build me a PC quite a few years ago. That went really well and close to the price I was able to do on my own. Since then they have helped me with any repairs and issues I've had and have more than held up to their guarantees and warranties. They have gone the extra a few times for me.

Excellent experience all around. They were able to retrieve all of the precious data (tons of pictures and videos) from my deceased mother in laws broken computer for my wife and I.

They knew exactly what to do and had it all put on a secure external hard drive for us. It was done quickly with great communication as well.

I was found out about Superior Computers while I was out driving around looking for a Custom PC build shop. I am glad I found this company. Chad the owner is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to what you want/attempting to build. Gives great suggestions. I am very impressed with my build. This is the only PC company I will ever deal with. I received phenomenal service. Pictures attached, you can see the benchmark test, just unbelievably fast.

Had my power supply blow late on a Friday after Christmas. Called around, and not only were they the cheapest but the ones most willing to help: their competitors quoted 3-7 days for diagnosis, where Superior Computers, with about a half-hour left before closing, said, "bring it in, and we'll look at it first thing tomorrow morning." A quick smell test confirmed it was most likely the power supply, and it was up and running two hours after the store opened the next day.

Priced reasonably, friendly, with a clean storefront that was well displayed, but in particular I appreciated the speedy service. Superior Computers not only was willing to help in a quick timeframe around the holidays, but got me back to normal when things were looking pretty dire. 5 stars, and I will definitely be returning if ever I have any computer repair needs or am interested in a new computer!

I highly recommend these guys for your next computer or repair. We brought in laptop that had some problems going on. Chad and his team were concerned about the issues and solved them very quickly. They made me aware of what they were going to do and made sure I understood before I left it with them. They will continue to be my computer store for future repair and computer store.

We started hearing a clicking or knocking sound from the computer and knew we needed to get everything off the hard drive. We had an external hard drive but not a lot of space on it so we were trying to clear things off the computer before transferring everything over to the hard drive. We should have just gone and bought a new external hard drive but we didn't. At that point it was beyond our ability and we could no longer access the hard drive. We took our hard drive in to Superior Computers and they were able to recover 600 GB from our unaccessable hard drive. They were great to work with and we were grateful that they were able to access that match information for us!

I ended up deleting all my pictures by accident, I took it to Superior and they did the best they could do, under the circumstance. Very knowledgeable and friendly crew, very helpful. I ended up buying a new computer for the Black Friday sale they had going on. Yes, I will return for more of their great services.
