This app is garbage. It tracked the driver for about 24 hours and now for the last three days, it shows nothing. It doesn't even show the previous info that was there. It's bonkers to me I can track a USPS envelope better than a $40,000+ car. Don't trust this app.

Super Dispatch was life changing for the transport community. It made it so much easier from every end, both for carriers are shippers. I wish every carrier/shipper would strictly switch to Super Dispatch. Everything you need for your transport business can be done on Super Dispatch. The customer service is outstanding. There is no protection for the carrier to collect your payments, stay away from "SuperPay" which does not guarantee that you will receive the money from the brokers. They must adjust their policies where they can protect the carriers and thus they will have more users who want to pay for their services.

A very expensive Lambo was stolen from our client and the thieves used Super Dispatch to accomplish it. The support team is ignoring our requests for information. We can't even get the chat transcript to be sent for record-keeping. The carrier directly involved is still active on the platform and it seems like everything is being swept under the rug.

Do Not Ship Your Car with This Company ! There is no Contact Information with Super Dispatch ! & they dont give out Drivers Contact. So You are left at their mercy when you Car will Arrive ! This Company is a scam !

I LOVE this app, is great and you make everything look so much easy then others platform.
I have a suggestion that will help me and also other drivers/dispatchers.
Example: if I have 3 cars that I picked and another 2-3 to pick up, and the first 3 I need to delivery in south but not in the same location I would like to see the pick up and delivery in the same map, that will help a lot , if you think I will not understand nothing and would make me confuse, you just can put blue for picked cars that need to be delivered and for the ones who are not picked you can put red box, I have a photo to make more sense and easy, but I can’t put that here.
