This is the company you want to use for an inspection. I've used several in the past, and I was looking to buy an older home that had already had a recent inspection that had a previous buyer walk away. I needed someone to be thorough and find everything possibly wrong with the house. Not only was Francisco and his team able to find problems that previous inspections had missed (electrical problems), but he was very thorough in all other aspects as well. His report was easy to read, explained the issues well and even had some DIY links in case we wanted to perform any of the smaller repairs ourselves (the ones that didn't need a specialist). I intend to use Francisco and Strong Tower Home Inspections whenever I can, they are one of the best on the market.

I have used various inspection company’s in the past, generally prefer to use owner operated ones rather than larger names.

Francisco scheduled my inspection very quickly, efficiently, and the software they use is very customer friendly.

The day of the inspection Francisco and his team arrived early, they began immediately.

I’ve had inspectors that say you as the buyer can walk with them during their inspection and they’ll answer questions. But when you do, they just say “oh it’ll be in the report”.
With Francisco it was very different. He took the time to explain the answers to my questions, even showing what could

The thoroughness of Francisco’s inspection is comparable to none. Strong Tower really knows what they’re doing. They do it thoroughly, efficiently and are very customer friendly.

The report itself was one of the most cleanly structured and easiest to follow that I have had to deal with.

Again their software presents the information in such a user friendly way. It is such a plus over just receiving a massive pdf document.
