I love Strategic and the workers that service our apartments they are awesome, however is it necessary to work on Christmas? It's not like trash trucks don't pass by anyways. The holiday should be about spending time with family not alone cleaning the never-ending trash. Makes me wonder if the only the managers get the day off.

I have been dealing with Raul, Tony V, Alvaro F Miguel C since I became the service manager for Grand Regency, and they have been amazing. Knowledgable and if they don’t have an answer they know who does. The power washing and the cleaning of the enclosures are great! Glad to have them as one of my best vendors.

I just wanted to take a moment and recognize the hard work Cipriano Reynoso has been doing. I'm impressed with how well he cleans my community's trash enclosures. Not only does he get rid of the trash around the area he also takes care of debris around the trash enclosures making them look clean and presentable. Thank you for your hard work!

This is the best service offered! They are on property 3-days a week. They re-distribute our trash when the bins are full, clean the trash areas and power wash them quarterly. They do an incredible job keeping our property trash areas looking their best! Thank you to our weekly team that cleans for us and thank you to the office staff, Kirsten, Arianna and Keri for taking such good care of us!
