Constantly raise rates once you move in that are far above new rental rates. Customer service is horrible. Sat on hold for over an hour and gave up. But if you’re going to get a new unit they answer right away!

The guy with the purple eyes was really nice. Sorry I forgot his name. My little daughter kept saying I want purple eyes. Lol . He helped us pick a good unit and told us about the current specials they were offering.. he was very professional and nice. Answered all our questions and I will recommend to family and friends.

Brittany at the cape may courthouse location was amazing. I was so impressed with her wealth of knowledge and the amount of care she puts into her job. She is so kind, friendly and informative. I hope you realize the Gem of an employee you have here. I just came in for pacing supplies, but when I need a storage facility, this is where I will come. The facility was immaculate and Brittany’s attitude was just so upbeat she made my day. I will definitely be back and I will recommend Storage Sense to my friends.

I have had a unit since 2006 which was a 15 X 10 climate control unit which I vacated a few years ago. There is a lack of personal interaction in contrast to previous owners and the price went up dramatically after I rented the recent unit at $130.00 per month. After a short period, the monthly charge went to $180.00. The facility has generally been okay, although a number of my items were moldy inspite of having a climate control unit.

-they did it with little warning
-they did it to all customers, even their long term renters
-they did it with no regard to the bad state of the economy
It is a storage facility with no discernable change in experiences. Nothing has caved in. The grounds have the same poor lighting on the passage ways and there is not lighting or power outlets in the units. The same pot holes are there from the last owner. The office hours are worse. Even the fax service is not fully operational! One last thing, I am sure they have not given any of their excellent staff(yes they really are excellent ) deserved raises.
I wish there was some where as close to me with equal or lower pricing. If there was I would move there.
Give Brit a raise. She does all the work why not give her a salary that more reflects that.

CAN I GIVE THIS STORE 10 STARS

When I think of customer service I imagine an experience where I am greeted properly, attended to in a timely manner and most of all, I have the desire to come back to that store. This particular location meets all of those expectations and then some and I truly believe that Brittany is the primary reason why. She embodies so much character and should definitely be recognized for it as well as compensated properly; she more than deserves it.
