The breakfast sandwiches are SOO bomb. Tip: ask for it in a croissant and you will get one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the area! Also, the Chunky Monkey smoothie... I crave it all the time. I never thought of this combination before but it's sooooo rich! Anyhow, just come try it!

Excellent! Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for a quick bite or an amazing cup of coffee. We had the granola bowls and a couple latte coffees and they were perfect.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great to be able to support a small business and even better when they do a great job.

We had a couple gift certificates to use here. The breakfast burrito was very good, but a bit overpriced at $14 for the size. The drinks were delicious and priced similarly to other coffee places. The eating and waiting area is small and cramped. Some might say cozy, but I prefer some elbow room. The staff was less than friendly. No one offered a hello or a smile. It’s unlikely that I will return, but I’m sure they won’t miss me 🤭🤣

During our last visit to San Luis Obispo, we stayed in Pismo Beach and dropped by Steaming Bean for coffee and breakfast. It was busy but the service was excellent and although we had to wait for a short while for the food, it was also excellent. I loved the back patio and we sat out there for a while enjoying the morning. A highlight for me was seeing a Sunbeam Tiger pull into the parking lot below but the girls weren’t as impressed. They were impressed with the coffee and fun accessories for sale inside. We are definitely coming back here the next time we visit the area.

When in the Pismo area, I tend to work early morning hours, and this place is a super place to use as a digital nomad and get stuff done. Friendly staff, great food, and an engaging atmosphere all around. I recommend the breakfast burritos and iced tea. The cookies are also amazing.

A fresh new look and expanded space is a welcome vibe for this locally-owned coffee place and delicious eats. Lots of coffee and beverage selections along with a breakfast menu. The patio in back is a nice addition too. A great place for a quick business meetup or some online homework that is quiet and mellow music.
