Came by to pick up mail for my 4 businesses. Daniella provided exceptional customer service, showed me around and got all my mail. Place is ready for any business that needs a professional image, office, receptionist and meeting rooms to seal any deal. Would highly recommend.

Whether you just need a desk or a private office, this is the best place in Downtown Miami to get it. I needed to get out of the apartment for two months and they were able to accommodate me for a short term rental (but also offer long term rentals as well. Most of the people working there are in long term agreements). The price was more than fair. The office staff is wonderful. Getting signed up and in the door was very easy and the office admins are really helpful and keep everything well-stocked, and organized. I highly recommend this office space.

Other notable things:
StartHub office: The coffee machine is amazing. Free little snacks and drinks all the time. Fresh pastries brought in occasionally. Lots of windows and glass walls make for lots of natural light. The chairs are comfortable and desks are nice and allow for cable management. Cleaning crew to collect trash and vacuum comes through at the end of every day. The office is always locked after business hours. They have a nice big conference room in the office that's available to reserve.

Building: Front door to the building locks after business hours and there's a great 24/7 security team. Not a very tall building so the wait for elevators is never long and they were never broken.

Location: In a nice part of downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. Starbucks and Jimmy Johns right across the street. Metro mover stations and bus stops are close. Decently close to to the Brightline. Parking is close by also.

I had 2 business accounts on a yearly plan and after the policy changes I decided to cancel. Receptionist asked the manager what the procedure was to cancel (who was sitting 10 feet away) and she just said send an email. When I asked the receptionist for the manager name she stood up, didn't introduce herself and proceeded to justify by saying that they changed their policies in October and I should've received the notice. I would have considered staying on a monthly plan if the manager would've taken more accountability, bit it's obvious they don't care about small accounts anymore. Don't sign up for yearly plans as they will change terms of service and you can't do anything until renewal time. This happened today at 4:20pm

I am unable to recommend Starthub Miami, once they bill your company that yearly fee forget it...they open tickets which they close going unresolved, you cannot talk to a human person. It is designed so you do not get help or resolve problems. Starthub lost our mail, irreparable lost man hours to fix this problem, they cannot provide a log of the mail that went missing, basic office management tools are unavailable. They do not provide meetings to resolve or discuss ways in which issues could be potentially resolved. Terrible experience for us. It is located in a very busy area in Miami so parking is very expensive, you must factor that in.
