My kids got my tower PC wet and a handful of repair shops told me to buy new parts without testing because it was "too expensive". Kris offered to take a look at a reasonable price, and once he diagnosed what was wrong, he offered to fix it at a reasonable price as well. When the fix didn't work as expected, Kris went the extra mile to explain what was wrong and the next steps. I agreed with his plan and sure enough, he was able to fix it completely. I was super impressed with his communication throughout the whole process and his thoroughness to see the computer working flawlessly. I really appreciate you Kris!

Nothing but great experiences with Star Tech IT! Kris is amazing to deal with. Always makes time to help out with our IT issues (which for me is a ton). He has built our server, firewall and is currently working on restructuring our phone systems. He has streamlined our ability for our systems to communicate with multiple plasma machines. IF YOU NEED TO REPAIR YOUR VR VALVE INDEX CONTROLLERS, here is the place to go. Kris runs his own repair shop, and he is very personable. I called 20 different "tech repair" places and most didn't get back to me, and the ones who did don't mess with soldering. Kris does. And he does it well. 5/5 will recommend to everyone always. I called Star-Tech concerning a computer issue I was having that a different company tried to repair with no success. Kris came to my home same day and within 1 hour he repaired not only one computer but he repaired a second computer as well. I have had a few people in for computer issues over the years and Kris is far and away superior to all the rest. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in a way that even I could understand. The price for his service was surprisingly reasonable as well. What more could you ask for.

Although my phone wasn't able to be fixed,do to time restrictions on my end, they did an absolutely wonderful job trying to get my phone working! They kept me up to date on everything they were doing, worked through all the possible solutions, and were flexible and patient with my schedule. I highly recommend them!

I took my laptop to two different computer repair places and they both didn't even look at it and told me I'd be better off buying a new laptop. But I'm so glad I took my laptop here before doing that. They were very thorough at finding the problem and in the end were able to fix it. You can tell they really know what they're doing. Kris is super easy to work with and gives you the details on what's going on. And the prices were super reasonable. Definitely will be coming back for any future needs.

I'm a little techy myself. Even replaced the battery to my laptop myself but still couldn't fix the issue it had. Brought it to Kris and his years of expertise and the way he does his diagnostics break down. He was able to find the issue quick and easy!
