The office staff is awful. They continue to send a technician AFTER I called and canceled service. I suspect this is more of a business model than a mistake. This way they can bill you once more before you leave. The office manager got smart with me when I explained the issue. I will never do business with them again.

I have used Stark for years (since they were Bug Master) for our home and business - they used to be great. I haven't had service at my home since the end of June, and it's mid September - no one can tell me why. Calls go unreturned from our regular service person. No one bothers to call and the receptionists just apologize. I can't even get an email verifying cancellation. We will miss Bob for our business but I won't give them any business after this dis. I am dumbfounded by their lack of response to losing a long-time prompt paying customer. Go figure.

Switched to Stark after using another company since I moved in five years ago. original service was a nice guy but not very responsive to my problems especially with his level of service. The tech from Stark was night and day difference. Professional. responsive to my concerns, and provided a level of service I was looking for. Should have made the switch long ago rather than keep giving the original guy one last chance over and over.

From the outside, this company looks like a well greased engine. Unfortunately though, they had neither had the tools or the knowledge to deliver the service promised.
What have I learned? Hindsight: Use a roofer for things done to your roof. Use a professional cleaning company for cleaning.
I would not recommend this company. They were kind I will give them that but, they gave more lip service than actual service. Very disappointed.
