Trying to work with this company was a nightmare for the "very" short amount of time we deal with them

During our initial inboarding we were told that they offered two services:

1. Billing followup and collections to homeowners, insurance carriers, and mortgage companies for 2500 a month

2. Cash advances on jobs, at no cost

I expressed concerns about how their business model made money on cash advances if they weren't charging any type of fee advances or other money and they always just said it was included.

Seemed suspicious, however told them we didn't really care about that because we didn't need advances and just needed a dedicated collection agent and felt the cost was worth the
monthly fee. So we signed up

Then we had a other onboarding call where they were pretty adamant on collecting a bunch of financial data from us for the "cash advances" thst we had already told them we didn't need or want. Things like banking records, P&L, etc

We let them know that we weren't going to do that because we didn't need that service, just the dedicated collection agent to assist with getting funds coordinate so we could focus on managing the company's other needs

A few days later we got an email that our payment for the first month the first month had been refunded and thst they wouldn't be helping us with billing at the moment so we should call them back when we could make use their full service suite

You know, the free stuff they said was optional

I asked them why we couldn't on board them for just the service we needed, which is what we originally contacted them for when their website clearly indicated that the services were separate products

Brandon told us that they'll website just hadn't been "updated" yet but would be soon because the options we asked for were not separate so they couldn't help us unless we gave them our banking records

I responded asking what the "new" model was going to look like so we would know when to call them again to see if things made sense and no one ever responded

I dedicated to pop on their website again today, more than 6 months later and their website still shows the exact same wording that would lead consumers to believe they offer two separate independent services

After reading some of the reviews they have now, I'm pretty sure we managed to dodge a massive headache with this company

Thanks for wasting all our time with the misleading onboarding

I strongly encourage people to evaluate the company's business model on how they actually make money before moving forward with them because if it seems too good to be true, it probably is

Squaredash is an efficient, effective and trustworthy company that gets roofers paid faster with less stress.

Their support system is awesome and the staff are nice and always available to assist when and where necessary. Katrena, Brandon and the rest of the team are doing great. Kudos guys 👍

This company is not worth the money. The salesperson makes it sound so simple and easy to get paid. The salesperson misrepresents the service you will be getting. I would ask a lot of questions and record it. When you get going, you will find out about extra costs and paperwork needed to complete your claim. This company absolutely doesn’t care about the customer once they have your money!! Please avoid this service company at all costs!! Just so we are clear, your employees are Heath, Tom and Brandon!!
