Couldn't have been more happy with my decision to work with Victor! He was very professional and super nice! My AC decided to stop working so I called Victor on a saturday and he came out the next day in the blazing heat. Long story short our unit was 30 years old so we knew it's time was up. He quoted me a price for a new unit and even told me to shop around. I did that and Victor was able to price match an offer! He sent me an invoice and by Wednesday I had a new unit! Victor from Spectrum Air was amazing!! He is punctual, honest, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, kind. He explains everything. I called him and he was here right away. He fixed the problem with my air conditioner in the height of a heat wave . I'll never use anyone else for a repair. I'm so fortunate to have had his service .

Great service! Our central air unit was stuck and would not turn off. Victor was able to fit us in and check it out the same day. It is a very old system and I was worried, especially with this heat! Victor was able to shut the unit off, find the problem and fix it. He completed several tests to make sure it was working properly before leaving us, and was really nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Victor was amazing. Our AC broke down in a heat wave at 8pm on a Saturday night. With two young kids, I frantically called around as many service companies as possible in the valley. Victor called back within five minutes and was able to come out at 8am on a Sunday morning to fix the system (faulty capacitor). He was kind, fast, thorough, knowledgeable. Will definitely use him again in the future for any servicing or maintenance.

Our house AC not working. We called several HVAC contractors but most of them were not willing to travel a bit far or scheduled us a week later. A contractor from another company came and after diagnosis gave us a quote of $1300 for just the first step of troubleshooting. We eventually called Spectrum and Victor answered the phone. Victor was very professional and attentive to our situation and needs. He got on site the very next day (Saturday morning!) and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than $150. We really appreciate Victor! He truly cares about his clients and is willing to go out of his way helping people. We highly recommend Spectrum and Victor. We will definitely contact Spectrum again for our other properties‘ HVAC needs.

I needed service right away. My air conditioner went out on a 100° day. Victor came out and fixed the unit within a couple of hours. He is very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and use him in the future for further needs.
