Did not have part I needed but Gave a great idea on how To fix my problem on my carb, Plastic idol screw was stripped. Told me to go get the same threaded screw from hardware store and it worked

The most responsive vendor I’ve ever shopped with! Unbelievably fast and consistent order processing. Saved my day multiple times. The owner Gregg is absolutely awesome! Very knowledgeable and answers technical support calls himself. Makes sure to advise you so you know what you’re doing and satisfied with the result. Before talking to Gregg I would spent tons of time doing research on the web and filtering through opinions of people who do not necessarily know much about racing. Which would be followed by couple iterations to get things right. For example, I still have master cylinder that’s little too big for my caliper, so the brake lever feels stiffer, less travel and a bit harder to modulate than a cylinder one size smaller. Now I just do what Gregg advises and it works like a charm! Sometimes takes couple track days to actually appreciate how right he was )))

I have to give Spears a shout out after today. My experience in the past with them has been pleasant and they have been quick to resolve any issues I'd had, but this is above and beyond. I am in between back to back race weekends here and upon reaching out to Gregg well after hours last night about expedited shipping options for a part that I can get it here and installed for the upcoming event, I wake up this morning to a couple of emails that the parts are on their way - I haven't even paid yet! True racer support. They've certainly won a customer for life.
