Today we used Southwest Environmental for our first septic tank pump
Out. I called in the morning for pricing and for an appointment.. the pricing was reasonable and said they would fit us in today, within two hours a wonderful gentlemen named Dave came out, he was very professional , kind and answered a lot of questions we had.
I would highly recommend the company and their employee Dave!

This company was right here when I needed them very prompt. The people were very polite. A very good experience. I will always recommend this company and this will be the only company I ever use. I can’t remember the name of the person I talked to on the phone or the name of the gentleman that came out and pumped my tank and I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that came today and put a new Septic Pump in But they were all fantastic

I called Crews Septic (now Southwest Environmental) on Friday to schedule a pump out. They asked if there was any urgency. “No, my wife just likes to anticipate problems by getting a pump-out every 12-18 months. They arrived Monday. Dave was our guy. He was Goldilocks, a nice guy, not too fast, not too slow. I had the hose ready and I had partially exposed the two lids. But, I needed Dave to remove a small piece of sod over one lid. He did it just as if I had done it myself. Very helpful. He also parked in the street so as “not to damage” our driveway. The whole process was complete in about 40 minutes and we will ask for Dave in another year and a half.

Guy Dave came out today took his time to explain situation going on and was very nice and courteous. If you have to call them ask for Dave. This is the guy you want servicing you septic needs!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
