We purchased 2 HPE DL360 Gen10 model servers from them, that were refurbished. They took great care packing them, and doing any pre-checks to make sure there were no issues. They offer 2 years warranty and they even beat our regular software company to provide better pricing for our server licenses, so we bought those too from them. They had the product shipped super fast, and are very attentive. If you need help ask for David!

Our school is extremely pleased with the R720 we purchased from SourceTech. The customer service was as amazing before the sale as it is now just after the 2-year warranty ended. We never had a single problem with the machine. 1 month after our warranty expired, 1 of our 7 hard drives flashed failure lights. When I reached out to ask the company about a replacement, they sent me a replacement drive for free even though this situation is clearly past the end of the warranty by a full month! I can't say enough about the excellent value of product we received for a full price and the amazing customer service that we have experienced throughout the entire process. We will definitely be repeat customers with this awesome company!
