I've used Sound Innovations for the past 20+ years and never had an isssue. If a speaker blew they were out the same day or the next day to replace. They use top of the line speakers (Bose) .They switched to an online app which allows we me to control different areas of music for my restuarant on my phone, ipad or desktop. Pretty good variety of music for all occasions and holidays. Easy company to work with.
