As a nurse administrator for many years, I found myself managing my husband’s dental practice in addition to consulting, lecturing, and publishing Infectious disease prevention. The computer support we were receiving from a company was for the computerized dental program we purchased. The techs would promise to fix something which would not work as soon as they left. Steve had just started his business and came to our rescue. Over a period of twenty years, he has been there for us. We have trusted him to purchase new hardware and software and keep it all going. Quick to respond to whatever is needed is priceless.

Steve was able help me set up my laptop for Zoom lectures for dentists during the worst of the pandemic as planned dental conferences had to cancel in-person attendance. Steve sprang to the rescue again. I can concentrate on my work as Steve can be counted on for his computer expertise.

I always have a list for Steve for a timely session and now with the ability to go online, the process is extremely efficient. Many times, while I am trying to explain my issue, I can watch him correct it before I have to go into much detail.
