Jason was knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need. He fixed my computer in less than three days, it would have taken me several weeks if not months. There were no scratches or scuffs on my machine when he put it back together I couldn't even tell it was ever taken apart. It works flawlessly. Cooler than it was before. Graphics card problem is fixed. It works great I love it.

I found my new tech go-to-guy in the area. Jason's awesome!

I turned to Solutions Sonoma when the guy that built my sons gaming pc wouldn’t return my calls. I should have called Sonoma Solutions first.
Jason got back to me right away and picked up the pc that afternoon. After a thorough check of the components and system Jason had us up and running in no time. He even sent a follow up txt to see how things were running after returning the pc to us.
I would recommend that anyone having computer issues call Solutions Sonoma. You won’t be disappointed.

Having problems with my old iPad and posted it on Nextdoor and Solution Sonoma name came up. Talked to Jason and we made appointment that day.The end of this story is that I needed a new iPad. But with Jason’s assistance, I bought a new iPad. He transferred all my data to the new I pad. I was so impressed with his talents of knowledge and kindness.

Wonderful work! I try to always avoid big boxy more popular companies that are usually overpriced and not thorough with their work. You get treated like a person and valued as a customer. They offer senior citizens and students discounts.Communication is very easy and smooth. He patiently takes the time to explain the issues you are having with your computer very clearly so you can understand. The work is speedy and fairly priced. I felt good about leaving my computer and confident that it was going to come back working better than ever. To sum things up, Solutions Sonoma knows what they are doing! If you need a computer repaired (Apple or pc) this is the company for you. You will be very satisfied by the work and customer service.

Jason set up my new imac and was very fast. He took my old computer with him to try and access the harddrive. Unfortunately the harddrive had died.
I'd definitely hire him again. Works in Sonoma that works for me.
