I was double charged and i have a huge amount scheduled to come out of nearly 300.00 bucks and this company has no way for the customer to get in contact with software cw. You do know we work hard for this money. You can’t just take whatever amount you guys desire. I need to speak to someone or i will call my bank. Horrible service

Software CW is a software company. It sells the software I can’t find find on bigger platforms that I need to use my current equipment. I’ve shopped here for years now, and last week I had my first problem. Customer service was immediate and friendly. I had the product I needed by the end of the day. After 50+ purchases from them, now felt like a good time to write a review.

Just ordered office 365 personal use paid for it tried to access it and it says the serial number belongs to someone else. Have tried to call numerous times this morning but the line is busy constantly. Beginning to think you are a fraud company. And there is no way to talk to a human being to fix this.

It’s unfortunate this site does not offer zero stars.
