Scamming group. (had to give one star to get this to post but want to rate 0) Charged to set up roku but got them reported and filed complaint with BBB. Roku is going to investigate and hopefully start pressing fraud charges. All the 4 star reviews are fake to make sure they don't get a lower rating. Everything about these people is crooked and fraudulent. Do not deal with them for anything. Can not be trusted.

This company charged me $168 to activate my Roku device. I was scammed into believing that the device would not work without their help. Should have read through all roku instructions which clearly state there is never a charge to activate roku and beware of scams. I have filed a complaint and am waiting to hear.
